Wake Up Pilax 3
A gentle morning wakup series on the Mat.
Equipment: None or if curved lumbar, small half pilates wedge or rolled up tshirt.
Please note: Towel is used in place of regular sit up pad accessory. If anyone has extreme lordosis, a towel this size can be used for the exercises it is shown with, otherwise, it is only necessary for people with curved lumbar spines in their roll ups ONLY; otherwise for others, not needed.
