Don't know where to start?

If you're a complete beginner to Pilates or have only done a few classes previously or feel unfit in general (but don't have any conditions), follow my classes in this order.  Feel free to adjust as you go along

RiseUp Breath Prev fit

Complete Beginner 2- 20 min
20:23
Complete Beginner Coffee Break
10:40
Beginner- 15 min
14:40
Beginner- Coffee Break

Week Zero: Start with What Equipment, Neck Pain and How to feel your Abs, if you have never done Pilates. Watch until you understand

Week One: Plank Intro, RiseUp Prev Fit: practice twice a week for first week

Week Two- Five: Start here 1-2xpw...

Week Two- Five: Shorter Complete Beginner class options if the first class is too long or you want to switch it up a bit. Make sure to watch Complete Beginner at least once as it has longer explanations

Any issues with flow? Watch 'Breakdowns', 'Transitions' and 'Downward Dog' to help out or see more in the Technical channel

Week Six- Nine: Follow Beginner Pilax with or without music 1-2x pw, then take the shorter classes when feeling more confident

By week 10, you should be feeling confident to switch between Complete Beginner and Beginner classes.
Continue to take any of these for another one - two weeks, or longer if you'd prefer.

Once you feel ready, take the next step to Intermediate Beginner, then Advanced Beginner, then Intermediate or any dancelates or other classes which can be found in the Full Series.

Remember! Even once you find it simple, the basics can always be repeated to give you a decent work out, pre work out or relaxed workout.

Note: Shorter Intermediate Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate classes will become available in February 2025
